Luxury Glamping Pods
with Hot Tubs

We stayed in the King’s Den for two nights as a family of four and really enjoyed our stay. The pod was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was definitely a lovely bonus and we really enjoyed making use of it! We opted for more of a chilled, relaxing break, but there are plenty of things to do and places to visit nearby, with Manchester only around a 30 minute drive away. Andrew was really friendly and welcoming when we met him, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a lovely couple of days and would definitely recommend the King’s Den for a relaxing little getaway!

Tried my best to think of any improvements on this place but struggled to find many. The tub was not ready when we got there so we had an hour to wait which we didn’t mind and got a bottle of bubbly for our troubles so couldn’t moan really. The lodge was clean and perfect for me my partner and my daughter. The location was good with the lake and was rural but not too far to get to from the motorway. I had a few questions while I was there and they helped me straight away with these. Highly recommend 🙂

Lovely few days stay. Spotless accommodation and some lovely touches inside. Hot tub was lovely and clean. Fishing lake was quiet and clean. Everything inside you would need for a nice few days away. Even the pull out bed was super comfy.

We stayed here for 3 night as a family of 5 and our pup. We had the best time, the lodge was so lovely and the surrounding with beautiful and peaceful. Our children loved the hot tub. Andrew left us hot drinks, biscuits and brownies for the children which they loved and a bag of treats and toys for our pup.

Cosy, immaculate tiny home with a stunning lake view right outside our window. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind each evening. Every detail felt thoughtfully cared for – spotless, warm, and peaceful. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. Five stars!

What an amazing place,does exactly what it says on the tin lol! All you could need and more ,even the kitchen sink 🤣. It’s such a lovely quiet place and all you can hear are the ducks,cows and we even heard owls at night. Everything was spotless,beds were sooh comfy, games were an extra which we enjoyed playing with,hot tub was ready for us on arrival and my hubby enjoyed that! And omg the little extras with the teas ,coffees,milk ,biscuits and chocolate a definite bonus! Not sure what else to say except we are most definitely coming back ,only 15 minutes down the road. Great stay Had a fantastic stay at Calmwater Hideaway. The cabin was beautiful, clean and peaceful, with a lovely setting and everything we needed. Andrew was a great host and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
